The declaration is a ritual that concludes the Icam training for each student, signing the act of passage from studies to his or her new life as an Icam engineer.
Individually, the student declares before a jury chaired by an experienced Icam engineer, the way in which he/she aims to be an "Icam engineer". He/she explains his/her professional choices: sector of activity, type of company, envisaged function, preferred management style and, more profoundly, he/she explains what he/she aspires to live.
For the schools and provinces that organized this year's event, Lille, Toulouse and Nantes, the "Journées des déclarations" were an impressive success, supported by alumni association volunteers and Icam teams. In all, over 300 outgoing students made their declarations between September 13 and 15. 110 alumni were mobilized on the three sites for this major event. In Toulouse, a number of alumni travelled from Bordeaux, Montpellier and Pau for the day.
The Icam engineers were very involved, with lots of emotion and sometimes tears, as well as thanks to the parents and friends (Icam!) who came to support them.

Love it
