Eco-renovation of the Lille site

After 2 and a half years of work to completely renovate and extend the historic 18,000 m² Icam campus in Lille, we're nearing the end of the project, with the final phase due to be handed over within a month.

While respecting the spirit of the site and interesting facades that deserved to be showcased, the project has enabled us to reduce the site's energy consumption by 70%, thanks to the use of new materials and advanced insulation.

We have also created 5,000 m² of additional green space on a site whose surface area has been reduced by a third.

An approach that will certainly inspire other large-scale renovation projects.
