Atthe end of January, we had two great days.
On Saturday 30th, our annual National Meeting welcomed , for the first time, alumni from Central Africa and India. Part of the event was devoted to 8 workshops, the reports of which you'll find in this issue. and another part was devoted to the presentation of the Icam Trophy, chosen from 19 business start-up projects submitted by young Icam alumni.
I noted the presence of almost all the graduating classes, from the 58th to the 117th. Similarly, all regions were well represented, a winning cocktail to demonstrate the cohesion of a group around shared values. Our ambition now is to increase the number of participants to reach our target of 1,000 in 2017 or 2018.
The following day, Sunday 31st, the "Journée des Animateurs" was also rich in meetings and updates to help our animators better gather, organize and animate each network in their region, department or class.
During the day, Jean-Michel Viot gave us an update on the Icam Group's strategic plan, which we've already told you about.
In this same issue, you'll find articles on themes that demonstrate the dynamism of the Association, such as Icam au féminin, with several articles and portraits of female Icam engineers, a feature on Icam in Canada, and other always interesting articles.
