The association wishes to be among the first to send you its best wishes for this new year 2016, which promises to be rich in great experiences.
Since the beginning of 2015, I've been discovering all the actions carried out by the Alumni Association, and every day I'm positively surprised by the commitment of the 250 or so animators who create, coordinate, lead and organize events for the network of 12,500 Icam engineers: sponsorship-twinning operations for young graduates, employment-career sessions to help those who want to revitalize their careers...
Afters the 2005/2015 plan, in the course of 2015, a new strategic plan was drawn up by all Icam Group entities, including the Alumni. You'll find more details in this issue, and I'd like to mention two important actions of the Association plan: the integration of the 400 African Icam engineers who graduated from the Ucac-Icam Institute with, at a later date, the engineers who graduated from the Loyola Icam College of Chennai (India) and the continuation of the Icam au féminin dynamic.
We have also included in this issue the main results of the annual I.E.S.F. survey on the situation and income of engineers in 2014.
More than 1,000 of you took part in the inauguration of the Paris-Sénart Campus, the latest addition to the Icam Group.I'm sure you'll share our enthusiasm for the dynamic development of the Icam Group.
Father Hubert Hirrien, our chaplain, comments on the Pope's latest encyclical.
Finally, we bid farewell to Marie-Christine Bidault, who retired at the end of December, and thank her warmly for the hours, days and years she spent solidifying the Alumni network.
2015 was marked by many events, and we'll be kicking off 2016 with the National Meeting on January 30 on the theme of "Preparing for the future", followed the next day by the Animators' Day. We look forward to seeing you there to exchange ideas and build a stronger association together.
