Editorial
Our association has been growing for over a year now, welcoming all Icam students and young people. That's why we wanted to produce this issue 194 of Icam liaisons about young people.
Young people at Icam need to take part in the debate and express their views on work and life. They want to learn and make sense of their activities. They need recognition and are ready to contribute. They enjoy group work and are team players.
You'll be able to read testimonials from students who are still dreaming their lives away, and from young professionals who have landed in the professional world. And then, around the theme, older people and Jesuits contribute to the debate. That's how our magazine interests and evolves.
This issue is available in paper form - in a more limited number than the December issue - but also in digital form (https://www.icam-liaisons.fr/). This is in line with your demand. It includes ongoing information around a theme, a country focus, local and international testimonials, a portrait of a leader and a spiritual insight.
But we want to communicate even better. That's why we've launched a monthly digital Flash Icam liaison. It will include immediate and more ephemeral information: about the agenda, employment and all the news you need to know.
Icam is going to better harmonize and coordinate its communications - both internal and external. An annual strategic communications committee has been set up, and thematic committees have been launched. We form a large group, and its chairman - François Bouvard (81 ILI) - explains our governance and organization in this issue: through an article and an infographic.
Last but not least, Icam is committed to entrepreneurship and youth employment: we report on the major forum on entrepreneurship held in Paris at the end of March. Similarly, the alumni board of directors now includes students: 2 rotating seats among a group of 12 students (2 per French site).
