ICAM ALUMNI's Lyon-based group invites you on a learning tour of SLAT.
This Lyon-based SME, which designs, assembles and markets electronic security products, has been cultivating continuous improvement for over 15 years, focusing on Lean Manufacturing and decarbonization.
The company's remarkable results are often cited as an example by its customers and the Lyon metropolitan area.
François Duchâteau, ICAM 82L, will share with you the fundamentals and advances implemented in his company, through a methodological input, a guided tour and a peer-to-peer exchange.
