Following the success of The Three Musketeers and The Count of Monte Cristo, Alexandre Dumas bought the land in Port Marly to build a Renaissance-style château. This architectural gem nestles in a verdant setting with grottoes, rockeries and ponds. A stroll through the magnificent park and a visit to the château will reveal the writer's environment through a collection of engravings, paintings and reproductions.
