A look back at the Icam Alumni seminar on January 27, 2024
The weekend-end from January 26 to 27 was an opportunity for our directors and alumni to get together for a convivial seminar in Paris: a rich program that was widely acclaimed by all participants!
The first part of the seminar took place on our premises and was hosted by Make Sense, an association that provides organizations with the keys and tools to transform their business model and operations.
The aim of this presentation was to set out the current context of the associative sector, enabling us to situate ourselves within it, and to identify our development levers. Prior to the presentation, Damien Bouveresse (92 Lille), President of Icam, introduced the seminar.
To round off the evening, we all met up again at the restaurant to continue exchanging ideas between alumni on various association topics, upcoming events such as the Icam Alumni 2024 Gala, and above all to get to know each other better over a good meal.
We met on Saturday morning at the IESF offices in Paris to continue the previous day's reflections, put forward by the Make Sense moderator. In group workshops, we worked on the raison d'être of our association and on our missions: how can we improve our services? what more can we do? how do we differ from other associations? etc.
These workshops were followed by our Board of Directors meeting, in which over thirty of us took part, either in person or by videoconference.
The day ended with a speech by Gilles Vandecaveye (96 Lille), General Manager of Icam, on Icam's development strategy and the role of alumni at the heart of celle-ci.
