Matthieu Caille, Icam 113 #Toulouse engineer, tells us about his career, from his studies to the present day, via his international engineering career.

With a Bac S in his pocket, Matthieu wanted to enter an engineering school to continue his studies, and he heard about the Icam from his cousin who was studying there at the time. The program appealed to him, and he decided to enroll on the #Toulouse site for the integrated course.

He graduated from Icam in 2013 and landed his first job in Indonesia, where he had completed his #Experiment in 3rd year. Matthieu joined Synergy Efficiency Solutions as an energy efficiency consultant, where he carried out energy audits for companies. After 3 years' experience, he was recruited by GreenBuilding, a French company based in both #France and #Indonesia, specializing in sustainable development consulting.

Still present in Indonesia, Mathieu is now Head of Operations at BioTanah, a sister company of GreenBuilding, where he manages a team of around ten people, including French and Indonesians. In addition to this position, he is Technical Manager Indonesia for the Global Buildings Performance Network (GBPN), an international network of building experts. In this position, he collaborates with both the private sector and the Indonesian government in the field of sustainable development.
