Welcomed by Camille Josset (IN114), Xavier Bossis (CEO), Stéphane Delhommeau (Deputy CEO), and accompanied by many other ICAM employees, we will be visiting Proginov, a company specializing in ERP and Datacenter software publishing and integration.
A few key figures illustrate the company's values:
- Turnover of around 2%.
- 65 Icams (out of 360 employees) spread across different professions (Network Systems and Infra, Development, Business Project Management and Accounting, Sales).
- 82% of employees are shareholders, 100% of shareholders are employees.
