In partnership with the "Meaning and Work" Chair, the association is launching a new course on "Meaning of work and management practices", accessible on the Icam à Vie e-learning platform. How does the meaning we give to our work influence our commitment to it? What managerial practices can help employees give meaning to their work?
As managers and executives, the meaning of work is a key factor in attracting, motivating and retaining employees.
In this course, we will first analyze the meaning of work in two different managerial environments, and then gain a better understanding of the singular place it occupies for each individual. Finally, we'll explain how to deploy management to serve the meaning we give to our work.
