Professional and ecological transition: a favorable job market
With personal testimonials from Mathilde Bertuzzo, Nicolas Proquin and Stéphane Ballèvre, and contributions from Aline Le Bohec, this third webinar was an opportunity to show that there is no single path to aligning one's career path with one's desire for ecological transition. The shortage of technical and scientific skills makes the context favorable to mobility, at least in certain regions. This doesn't mean that we don't need to identify the sectors and professions in which we can make the most of our skills.
The theme was approached from three angles: when? towards what? how?
- When should I make my career path more eco-friendly? Is there a right time, or a right pace?
-
Towards what? or on what criteria should I base my move towards greater ecology?
-
What is the job market like in the sectors or professions involved in the ecological transition? Is training necessary to enter these professions?
