Jean-Marie VANLERENBERGHE, Senator for Pas de Calais in the Hauts de France region, was re-elected for the third time on September 24. The oldest member of the French Senate, Jean-Marie VAN LERENBERGH is a member of the Social Affairs Committee and Vice-Chairman of the Social Security Assessment and Control Commission, and a member of the Union Centriste (UC) group. Throughout his political career, he has held numerous mandates at both local (Mayor of Arras, Chairman of the Arras Urban Community, Regional Councillor) and European level.
