After a welcome drink, we put collective intelligence at the heart of our group.
6 of us from the Icam Alumni network got together for a co-development workshop.
One participant played the role of customer and shared a problem he was currently experiencing in his organization (thanks Olivier), and I facilitated the process, which was very methodical and rhythmic (co-development method).
Everyone was able to appreciate the individual time devoted to helping customers identify their options and resources within their ecosystem.
The collective realization that our visions are narrow, and all the more so when the stakes are high.
In conclusion, the group agreed that this type of process could be more widely used in organizations to accept the complexity and uncertainty of economic, ecological, social and logistical events.
