Practical workshop: using artificial intelligence tools in everyday life

Organised by "Job&Carreer"

Getting started and using chatGPT, knowing the limits, avoiding the pitfalls

ChatGPT is a conversational assistant based on artificial intelligence, capable of generating instant answers, helping to solve technical problems, facilitating writing, and much more. This tool is profoundly changing the way we work, and can be useful in a wide range of fields:

  • Automation and time-saving: ChatGPT can handle repetitive tasks and respond quickly to specific questions.
  • Access to information: It provides access toa wide range of information in technical, scientific and other fields.
  • creativity and innovation: use ChatGPT as a sparring partner to generate ideas and explore new solutions.

However, the use of ChatGPT does raise questions, and some of its limitations and unconscious effects have already been widely pointed out. The aim of this workshop is to give us the keys to appropriating generative AI for practical, everyday use of the tools, with an awareness of their limits and impacts.

Procedure: the workshop takes place face-to-face. Each participant brings his or her own laptop, and creates an account before the session (see instructions for use). In a fun format, it enables you to test the range of possibilities, answer the most frequently asked questions, and learn a few best practices.
