An entrepreneur at heart, Charles Christory founded Adictiz after graduating from ITEEM (the result of a merger between Ecole Centrale Lille and SKEMA Business School) in 2009. A leader in game marketing in France, Adictiz was acquired by Webedia in 2018. In 2021, Charles co-founds Le Fourgon, with the aim of making deposits accessible to all French people, thanks to a delivery and recovery service for drinks and returnable products.
Magali Huchette discovered the Eiffage Group through an initial experience in Ireland at the end of her Icam training. On her return to France in 2005, the same group won the contract to operate the Pierre Mauroy stadium in Lille. Appointed Business Manager for the stadium, she progressed to become the stadium's Operations Director in 2014. In 2019, in the midst of the pandemic, Magali joined the Operations Department of Lille-Métropole Airport, and became its General Manager in 2023.
Baptiste Caudin is a speaker and trainer specializing in communication. He offers inspiring talks on improving corporate communication, including topics such as intergenerational communication and change management. Author of several books, he shares his expertise to help organizations optimize their internal and external interactions.
Mathilde Durie heads Norsys, a committed and innovative digital services company. The company has 800 employees and 12 sites in France and Morocco. It is recognized as a company with a mission and is Bcorp certified. In response to the deterioration of the social and environmental situation, the company has committed itself to developing according to the perma-company model. Mathilde Durie was president of CJD Lille from 2020 to 2022.
After a wide-ranging career in Supply Chain within a distribution and omnichannel group, Béatrice Régnier joined the AlterEos group 4 years ago, in the Social and Solidarity Economy sector. This adapted company employs 350 people, 80% of whom are handicapped. She puts her know-how to good use in supporting operational teams and in projects involving the design, transformation and management of logistics organizations and processes.
I am an Associate Director, expert track at BCG, in the Operations practice, focusing on Manufacturing and Supply Chain topics.
I have a 22 years experience in Automotive OEM with focus on operations/process/organizations efficiency thanks to LEAN, Agile and Data. I led large scale transformations in manufacturing, commerce and supply chain.
I worked 13 years in China and returned in Paris in 2017.

11:00: Presentation and discussion of the energy and carbon footprint aspects of the new premises by Nicolas GANTOIS (105 Lille), MODUO design engineer.
