Jean-Baptiste BOURNAISON (106 Lille) began his career at L'Oréal before creating SILICEO in 2009, a company specializing in the design, optimization, installation and operation of photovoltaic power plants. Siliceo handles all aspects of solar projects. During an afterwork on Wednesday January 15 at the Icam Strasbourg-Europe, he will present the challenges of photovoltaic energy for his company, as well as his experience as an entrepreneur.

SILICEO has enjoyed strong growth since its creation, and currently employs 200 people. The company's activities include feasibility and environmental studies, technical solutions and energy management, and finally installation. SILICEO has installed solar panels on the roofs of the Icam.

Jean-Baptiste's company is based in Chalons en Champagne. I was able to contact him during a visit organized by the Icam in Reims. He's a young business creator who has already taken part in an afterwork at Icam Lille. He's a good communicator and has developed innovative organization methods in his company.
